Our Story

Established in 2010, TS Property Maintenance (TSPM) began as a small landscaping business in Weathersfield, Vermont. Owner, Tim Sargent, began with lawn care including lawn mowing, Spring and Fall clean ups. This expanded over the years to include excavation and numerous other services. Fast forward twelve years and TSPM has become a trusted advisor for projects at residential and commercial properties locally and in surrounding areas. TSPM is grateful for each opportunity to share their expertise to make homeowner and business owner’s visions come to life.

My business’ focus has evolved over the past 12 years and I have discovered my passion is in the excavation work.
